The Royal Inn is under new management. So most of the previous reviews are unfair. I found the room to be comfortable. The bed was perfect. The room was fairly priced. Travelers cannot ask for much better.
For an old biker the place was a great rest stop in the middle of the frickin night . the head was clean , the sheets were clean enough, and the owner cut a great deal for the hours I needed to rest. Thank you Sir for taking care of the brothers on two wheels much respect.
I like staying in motels that aren't part of a chain; I had to pass several of those closer to the interstate to find the Royal Inn a couple of blocks east, and glad I did. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, decent wi-fi, which is pretty much all I ask these days.
We loved this place. We came in real late. The man was super nice and friendly. The room was big, we got Extra blankets for the kids to make a bed on the floor, since only a 1 bed was available. But the room was so big no one was in each other's way. We have talked about staying again!
Very friendly staff. Took us (family and children) in on a very busy holiday weekend when other hotels were completely booked. Room was not perfect, but served well for a night.
My husband and I stayed 4 nights here. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. You can tell the owners/managers are sprucing the place up. The owners/managers and house keeper were very polite and accomadated us with what we needed. If you are looking for the ‘Ritz’ this isn’t it BUT it is a nice clean comfortable room. The grounds has a fire pit and a picnic area with grills. And very pet friendly. The price was great also. Thanks again we will definitely stay again if we’re out this away
My family and I have been staying here for close to 40 years. We have seen it under various owners and management companies through that time. Now that it's under new ownership I can see the change as currently being made by the new owners as welcome and appreciated. I can see new life being breathed I to Royal Inn. As there has been a epidemic of bed bugs, which first started on the East Coast has shown up across the contry over the last couple of years have unfortunately hit Richield, Ut. The new owners have agessively combating these bed bugs with heat teatments and have changed out beds and headboards, furniture, sealed any opening, and much more. Royal Inn is pet friendly, the rooms are clean and are in the process of being remodeled and updated. The Royal Inn has always been hospitable place to stay and the new owners are friendly and personable but are no pushovers but are truly fair and honest. The changes being made to the Royal Inn are: fixed the plumbing, updates to the rooms and so much more. My family and I will continue to come stay here for as long as i stands.
I am an over the road truck driver who stays herw quite frequently. The managers Don & Eve are very accomodating when im coming to town because of my schedule. This is a great place to stay. They are also pet friendly
